Sub_Union of Plant Breeder  (BİSAB)

Mision;

To ensure the continuous development of plant breeders in Turkey, To contribute to the formation of seed and agricultural policies that are closely related to plant breeding; to show the necessary effort to ensure that all rules and practices regulating the breeding sector are based on scientific foundations and in compliance with international standards, and to represent BİSAB members on all platforms and to defend their rights and interests.

Vision;

Supporting public and private sector investments operating in plant breeding in our country, reducing bureaucratic procedures for the development of new varieties and seed production; complying with ethical rules, establishing a fair competition environment between the public and private sectors and  protection of breeder's rights on both an institutional and personal basis; Following new technologies and bringing them to breeders, accordingly, constantly registering new plant varieties and delivering them to the seed sector and farmers, Encouraging domestic R&D activities in plant breeding and other agricultural branches, development of vocational training and human resources, to increase scientific and technical cooperation within the country and internationally, and to make our country a regional power with targets in terms of plant breeding and seed production by making the plant breeding system dominated by consumers, food industrialists and seed producers
